Tony and David Gomes in Service were a pleasure to deal with. I had a small list of issues with my car, some under warranty, some not- and the process couldn't have been easier. This is the only local Audi Dealership service department, from Boston to NH, that isn't trying to screw its clients. I know that might seem like a low bar, but just getting treated fairly these days is a 5 star accomplishment. I will definitely service here again.

Audi of Brookline’s service is fantastic. I have never been treated with such care, enthusiasm and proactive effort. All of their service managers are great. For my last visit a gentlemen with who’s name starts with K helped me out. My car was purchased used online ( not affiliated with this dealer ship) and still under warranty. There has been significant squeezing and crunching sound when going over bumps. They could replicate the sound so the they let me drive with the mechanic to show him the conditions that make it. We had a great conversation about what was causing it and what is typical and not typical with Audi’s. they found a bulletin addressing the issue, fixed it and it sounds great. A day later K. Actually followed up to see how the car sounded and also mentioned another bulletin to potentially help the address the issue with an alignment free of charge. So They offered to do extra work just to make sure it was done right. They clean the car after repairs which is just another level of service I wasn’t expecting. I’ll be thinking twice about going to a local mechanic After warranty runs out due to their quality of service.

We had a great experience working with this Audi dealership. Specifically Silvio Santos and Steven Claudio were working with us at the dealership. And I can’t say enough praise about them. We felt like we were really taken care of and all our concerns and questions were immediately addressed. I was able to get a car exactly the way I wanted at the price I wanted. They met us at every step of the way. Highly recommend! Also the newly renovated area is beautiful and very comfortable.

I had an excellent experience at this dealership! Right when I walked in Frank took care of us and made us feel welcome. He also got straight to the point without playing games to help us get a great deal. The finance managers and other personnel there were also very friendly. The warranty also wasn’t crazy overpriced like at the bmw dealership. Overall amazing experience!

Service was completed in the time frame given, options for additional service needs clearly explained. Loaner car was terrific. Service Advisor Jessica was knowledgeable, helpful, and really pleasant to deal with. Two concerns brought this down to 4 stars - appointment was initially scheduled online via dealer website, but I was not advised of required service that necessitated another appointment; and the used coffee cup (not mine) left in the vehicle when I picked it up. Otherwise very pleased with the service experience. New facility is very nice.

I was very pleased with my experience at Audi Brookline. The new showroom is gorgeous too! They took my car in, did a full assessment, luckily there were only minor repairs needed, and I was out after just 2 hours. The free coffee, WiFi and comfortable (physically distanced chairs) showroom made me not mind being there. Great job Audi Brookline.
