Never had a bad experience. The tickets are yours, but not always guarantee'd for a seat. They always say get there early, because it's 1st comes 1st serve. I go to quite a few MOM taping's & I always get there around 2/2:30 to make sure I get a seat. I've always been able to. We never know how many VIP's will have seats. Even though the time on the ticket says to get there between this time & that time, I would get there earlier than that. It's not a matter of being rich. In fact that's just a dumb statement. I did have a little problem with Mad About You last night on Sept 13th. Some people said the line was forming on 1 side of the street where the shuttles were & the other said on the other side at the Ivar entrance into the parking structure. I was 1 of the 1st few people standing in line there & then they brought us over to the side with the shuttles & there were some angry people. Why not specify clearly to everyone where the line should be? There shouldn't be a mix up like that. Maybe it was a last minute change of plans, but I didn't get that. I'm going to another taping next month on the 4th & I don't want this to happen again.

Very disappointing. We understood the tickets didn’t guarantee admission, but to let over one hundred people, mostly children, wait in line for hours with no chance of getting into the taping is ridiculous.

Absolutely awful experience- we signed up to get tickets exactly 30 days before when tickets opened up. There is no consideration as to when someone obtains the tickets. We planned our trip from New Jersey around this activity and arrived 2 hours before the show time as directed. When we arrived there were already 200 people on line in addition to the VIP line with priority tickets. There was absolutely no way we were going to get into show. Perhaps you should create a time stamp ticket for those that obtain their tickets before others. Someone who recently obtained their tickets within past few days was admitted and we were turned away. What exactly am I going to do with tickets for another show when we live in New Jersey? Your system has serious flaws and your customer service is reprehensible. My very disappointed 11-year-old has decided that she no longer wants to even watch Girl Meets World. Thanks for ruining our vacation and wasting 4 hours of our precious vacation time!

They have no idea what they're doing. Some simple organizational skills could prevent hours of unnecessary waiting. After almost two hours of waiting and lots of inactivity, we were told the seats were full. A simple head count could've helped them realize this earlier and prevent so much extra waiting. Instead, the clueless, confused-looking staff continued to divide people into random lines that made no sense while we waited. Not to mention, they revert to the cave-man style of using ripped pieces of paper as their number system. Really? In 2018 this is the best method you could come up with? Go to a Conan taping and learn how audience management SHOULD be done. SMH.

I love this website I use it all the time and can't believe how many bad responses it's getting we all know that since these tickets are free there a high demand and I have read the term that state your ticket is not guaranteed and that they are on a first come first served bases which is why I take that in count when coming extra early up to 4 hours or more depending on how deeply want to get in. If you can't handle getting there at least 2 hours before depending on the show then don't bother coming at all.
