Always slow. They ask you to make and appointment, but they don't hold to their own schedule. They never have enough people working. If your apt is at 1000, you won't even get your temperature taken till 1100. Place is clean and majority of them are nice people. But at the rate it takes, it's an all day affair. Again....4 days later. Apt at 1000, show up 10 min early. Get screened and sit in waiting area by 1015, wow, surprised!! But then sit in waiting area for 25 min. Then sit again in a chair for....well, I'm still sitting here. Haven't been stuck, equipment not even set up. Go to one of the other plasma donation centers if you can.

Management and employees always treat me well. Very comfortable feeling. Andrea is the best going through the screening. energy

I used to enjoy donating here. But lately you have to wait almost 2 hours after your appointment time for 20 dollars. Seems there understaffed. An if that's the case then they should compensate for having to wait.. it makes you want to start donating elsewhere. I don't care to get a comment back stating that y'all are working to hire new people. If u pay generously an treat employee s good. U would have a great place. Maybe u should look at management. I hear employee s complain all the time.

This place used to be the best one as far as the amount of time you’re in there. You used to be able to be in and out within an hr and if you had to wait the manager was out there helping doing what he could. I’m not sure if there is new management but now you have to wait an hour just to get a bed sometimes. That is ridiculous especially for just 20. They should compensate better for the amount of time you have to wait for a bed. I’m to the point I want to go somewhere else to donate.

Staff is professional and provides a welcoming experience for all donors. The facility is also clean and sterile which I feel important for this type of business. The major issue they have is a complete and total inconsistency with wait times. I've now been multiple times within the past few weeks where I've waited an hour and a half or more just to get stuck. You need a completely clear schedule when making an appointment. I'm not sure if the issue is they are overbooking appointments or are just staffing poorly. Either way, it makes it difficult to plan accordingly.
