I was very disappointed my plain pretzel was very skinny and hard. I was so looking forward to getting another good auntie Anne's pretzel. Was there a few weeks ago and they were fresh and alot bigger Was very disappointed.

Employees have no customer service skills. They never have anything ready. You have to be waiting all the time. No one says hi upon entering and tey dont drop what they are doing to tend to the customers..its terrible!!

I stopped by the store with the ice cream side. We waited by register for almost 10 minutes to be attended. Great pretzels, ice cream but horrible acknowledgement from associates.
