My wife reserve a day for my daughter 15 birthday for November it was canceled We decide to move the day for next year and the day we pick do they still here they give it to somebody else and told us it was already booked 6 days later after we move the date with decide to cancel Francisco told my wife that we can cancel and or money will be refunded they charge 2,500 deposit instead we give 4,000 deposit then when we decide to cancel six days later after we picked up the date they told us that they will keep 10% of the deposit although when we move our day do to covid-19 and Francisco inform my wife he was going to give us our money back if we decide to cancel before a week. And the end of the day they move our date we cancel and yes they took 10% off but not from the deposit they took 10% of the 4,000 we paid ahead more than what we should have and they took 400 off

Recently had my wedding here. Francisco was great to work with, and great with communication. The managers worked well with my other vendors making everything go smoothly. The food was great too! My husband and I really appreciate everything they did.

My fiance and I put down a deposit for future date on August 22nd 2020. However, due to the covid19 pandemic the contract voids out the limit number of guests 100 or more. Therefore, we have reached out to Francisco and Kevin multiple times for a full refund. Meanwhile, since March they tell us they will likely refund us if a couple books the same date. Since then I clarify to them business are shut down, and not allowed to carry over 49 guests. Lastly, they never responded back and never considered covid19 pandemic as a valid reason to refund us back our deposit.
