The staff is very friendly and they do a great job taking care of you when you start donating plasma but unless you want to spend 2.5-3 hours there every single time you donate, I would not recommend. Every time I go to donate I make an apt and I end up waiting over an hour just to start the process of getting my numbers read before even donating. I am very tired of spending half my day waiting to donate. They either need to limit the number of appointments they allow or they need to hire more staff so it can become more efficient. I enjoy donating but this makes it very hard to want to anymore.

Not the best place but ehhhhh, I guess, they try... The lady that does the physical was very nice, gotta give her credit. Some guy at the counter that was bald with glasses seemed like a d-bag, my opinion based on the conversation I over heard... Keep it professional . Well maybe the company encourages that idk.. I would hope not.

One of the women there should probably get retrained. She was the pretty young girl with dreads. Very kind and friendly but the way she stuck the needle in me wasn’t pleasant at all, then she stuck my husband, and she stuck him so bad he couldn’t even finish his donation. THEN I watched her take out someone else’s needle, clean the bed he was on, put all the hazardous blood in the containers and then she moved on to me WITHOUT changing her gloves. I had to politely ask her to change them.

Pretty good. But the hand dryers in the restrooms are terrible and there are no paper towels. This is no way to encourage employees and visitors to wash and dry one's hands quickly, as to be sanitary.

The staff is friendly and kind but the issue is the wait. I make an appointment every time I go and even with an appointment it’s consistently a 2 to 3 hour process. I’m honestly not sure what point there is to making an appointment. The last time I was in I waited 2 hours to be called to the booth. I asked about using a text message promotion and they told me they were unsure about the guidelines for that promotion. They did a good job of checking out whether I could use the promotion. They expressed since it wasn’t clear they’d most likely honor the promotion (especially given my 2 hour wait with an appt). Ultimately, they decided I wasn’t eligible. Without the bonus, it was worth my time or energy to donate so I ended up leaving. I waited over 2 hours for nothing. Again, the staff is nice but waiting 2 hours is enough to lead anyone to insanity. I think they need to reconsider their practices in terms of limiting the amount of appointments per day and possibly pulling files in advance. There have been other times where I’m pretty sure both I and other donors were forgotten. In fact, I’ve witnessed people start to get irate from being forgotten. It’s not a good look for anyone involved. Limiting appointments would also help prevent people from having to wait outside. I probably won’t go back unless I get a good bonus (a real bonus that is honored) that makes waiting 2 hours prior to donation worth my time.
