I worked for this company in Aurora IL, through a agency I liked being there but honestly once I got there I didn’t understand why I was hired there was literally no training for days at a time I would just stand around and watch other (R&D)people‘s work no one even was interested in training me or showing me too much of anything, then I was ask to help laminate some pads and to lift very heavy equipment once I asked “aka”(Dan) for help lifting that equipment I was fired there explanation was I couldn’t lift the weight requirement for the job which was 25 pounds but I can assure you it was much heavier than 25 pounds!!! Then the safety team members employer came to ask if I have injured myself which I did not...smh
