This was a good company at one time. That is far from what it is today. As a welder who understands some codes that they say they abide by such as b31.1 and b31.3 don't buy a thing from this company as far as pressure vessels go. We were praised to weld as fast as we could because the time rates were awful. If you have paid for anything to be stick welded in the last 10 to 15 years it was mig welded with a stick cap. Go to the competition and get quality work done.

Best management I've ever had the pleasure of working for as far as my department and shift. Daniel P. and Dave M. were amazing and easy to work for. Only few cons with the company was low offered pay and not so great benefits. They dragged their feet on hiring me as a temp when my numbers as a picker were better than anyone within the company by nearly 3 or 4 times the amount as the next person and my errors were next to nothing for the amounts I had done. This forced me to find a different job when I didn't want to leave but I was already a temp for over 5 months and one of the slowest workers they had production wise that had started only about a week before me was still in line to be hired before me. Would go back instantly if pay was better and if the higher ups would take notice to the type of people they should value. I really don't have too much bad to say about the company otherwise. A turkey on thanksgiving as well and a Christmas bonus. Although a small bonus still, better than nothing as a temp.
