Great experience with these folks. Called to verify what was to taken and let me know they were able to arrive earlier than scheduled if that worked for me. Took all the items and got an old tube TV off a high shelf. Both were very professional and friendly. Quoted price was fair in my mind for two people and the large truck. They also sorted things that could be donated which is a nice touch.

Sadly there was no pricing so I had no idea what to expect. Luckily I asked for a cost estimate before they started. They estimated nearly 600 for trash removal, a chair, and a futon. It seemed extremely excessive. As a customer you have no way of verifying their estimate of how much they’re hauling off, and for that excessive of a price it really should be verified. Thankfully, the guys who showed up called their manager and he authorized a haul of 400 plus tax. I took it given my situation and needing it to be gone. I suggest calling a couple of days before your scheduled date to get a quote by sending photos of everything you need hauled off. I appreciate the guys who hauled it all off. They were friendly and helpful.
They were amazing. My apartment just flooded and 2/3 of my stuff was destroyed. They took it all. They were also incredibly sympathetic to what I was going through, too.
My husband and I were having a difficult time moving between apartments. After 5 days, we called 1800gotjunk to haul off our remaining junk. The team were courteous, fully masked and made quick work of the job. In 45 mins, it was over! We're so grateful to them and would recommend the team to anyone over their head and need some expert junk help. Thank you!
