Not enough pay and they are not forthcoming about how much work and time/effort is expected or needed. Upper level leadership lacks strength, clarity, and transparency. The board of the organization is made up of their FRIENDS. This only completes the circle of lack of transparency. I could go on and on

Alliance Abroad Group has been very helpful in my American Dream. It was 2018 when that dream becomes a reality. I was able to bring my family too. Amazing US and amazing works of this Visa Sponsor. They are awesome!

Lack of training and communication strains the relationship and trust between the employees and management. Upper management is very quick to turn around and manipulate you and your words for their own and benefit. They can care less about the company as long as they're making money. Many incidents were reported, and nothing was addressed until it became a liability.

All of the weird things I saw posted I though couldn't be really true, they must be exaggerated. But they were not. The owner would yell, scream, berate, and talk nasty (a lot of cuss words). He also wouldn't make sense' all the time, so there was not any way to really understand what he wants you to be doing.

Dear AAG employees and CEO, I was emailing you but no response to any of them. I understand Covid or something else, but are you planning to answer to the emails or even work with the current participants? A year ago, A YEAR!!!, I cancelled my program and still haven’t got money back!!! May be it is enough having interest from that money? During this time my coordinator of the program has been changed 3 times!!! What a “great” management!!! For future participants, I really don’t recommend this sponsor, why? Because they have 0 customer service, they really don’t care about you, if you call emergency you have to speak first with computer pressing millions of keys on your phone and no guarantee that you will be connected and will not be directed to voicemail, absolutely no help during your program (I participated W&T in 2017 and 100% sure what I’m talking about) if you guys have a chance to choose other, there are bunch of sponsors on the US government website. That was HUGE mistake I made choosing this sponsor!

These people just want your money. Do not choose them as your sponsor if you have another option available. I regret trusting them when I wanted a summer job. Won't repeat that mistake.

They promise you so many things but nothing ever happens. Nothing comes to fruition after waiting for some time.
