I had hernia surgery at Arise. The staff was amazing. They were all so nice and professional. It was clear they all enjoyed their work. Each person who would be responsible for some part of my care came to see me before the surgery. They explained every step and made sure I was comfortable. Great place and much better than a hospital.

Had Dr. Dean Chen do knee surgery today from the first time I went in they were very professional & friendly Matt always checked up on me. If my other knee ever needs work & I hope it doesn't I know I'll be going back to see Dr. Chen. Thank you guys i appreciate the work.

After reading the negative reviews, I was concerned about my wife having a procedure here but the staff, from the front desk to all of the nursing were excellent. I was very pleased with the service she received and would highly recommend this place to anyone needing a procedure.

I had back surgery at Arise on 8/13/19. This didn't feel like a gloomy hospital stay at all! Everything was on point as scheduled. All of the staff was so friendly and so comforting. Everything was explained at all times every step of the way. My room was spacious and comfortable. My husband could come and go or just stay at any time. The staff was empathetic and attentive. There was never a wait if I needed a nurse. If I ever needed surgery of any kind again, there is no place I would rather stay.

My husband had Cryotherapy there for Prostate Cancer as an outpatient August of 2019. The staff was terrific, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly, the facility clean and easy to navigate! The only bad thing is it’s located in Austin which drives me crazy with its constant construction!
