I was referred by a friend to contact Mr. Bailey for a quote on having engineered floors installed. My friend spoke so highly of this company and they show to have a good rating on their finished jobs that I was excited to have them create a new beautiful floor for me. When I contacted the office I was routed to a person by the name of Valerie. I was informed that I could not talk with Mr Bailey because he was busy and/or unavailable, there was no option given to speak to anyone else either. I was trying to inquire about processes and the girl gave me the feeling that I was unimportant, a waste of her time, and she did not seem knowledgeable about the company her voice represents. I only spent a short time speaking with this person, but the interaction felt like a migraine and left a bad vibe about the personal aspect of a huge purchase. I wish I could’ve experienced the company differently but have decided to take my business elsewhere that has a more collective feeling of wanting to do business with me.
