I was told over the phone that membership fees are refundable at a prorated amount if you decide to cancel membership. I spent more then 1,500 on fees (membership, e-keys, mls...) over the course of about 7 months. When I injured my back and called to cancel membership they informed me only MLS fees will be refunded at a prorated amount of 200. I am 100% sure I was told the opposite by an ABOR representative when I signed up. Typical defunct organization bound to fail in the long run.

I work as a Realtor helping clients buy and sell homes in and around the Austin area. I also work in the Farm & Ranch business in the Texas Hill Country. I love my job! I frequently go to the Austin Board of Realtors office for various business meetings. Whether I'm attending a continuing education class, meeting clients, or going to the on site Realtor store, it's always a pleasure conducting business here. I really appreciate the beautifully designed building and I just love everyone who works here.

wow the snootiest people work here... just called for information. I was completely schooled on how they don't help the public just by asking an inquiry... this person had such a quip short mannerism and tone... acted like she was standing on a 5ft stack of 100.00 bills... so unnecessary trying to make other people feel small.
