I am very happy with my latest visit with Dr. Brightwell, as always. All service providers (doctors, nurses & techs, etc.) at Austin Cancer Center (I've been to 6 locations) are caring listeners, friendly, cooperative and concerned about my wants and needs. I highly recommend them. I am so pleased my 2.5 years dealing with cancer has been under their care. I am in my second remission already with a plan for how to treat if it returns again.

I have never had a question go unanswered by Dr. Malik, and always with a professional and caring tone. I have a lot of experience dealing with Cancer Doctors and can tell you truly that Dr. Malik is a Godsend. Discuss anything with her and it's almost the same as you are talking to a member of your family, so unlike some of the \shut up and do as I say\ doctors I have dealt with in the past.
Dr. Brightwell, was very thoughtful about explaining what she would be doing, explained in details. Anwered all of my concerns. Dr. Brightwell made you feel at easy, as well as her staff.
It’s the people who make our visits as pleasant and informative as possible. I’m so glad I found this cancer center, especially Dr. Mallik - she’s just a wonderful doctor and a really caring friend.
Dr Mallik often works through lunch but this does not cause her to appear hurried. She remains a thoughtful professional willing to take the time to really listen to patient concerns and provide feedback.
