Had a great experience here. The service was fast, as I was able to schedule a testing date quickly. The day of the testing was completed on time. Everyone, especially my driving instructor, was very polite and helpful.
Website states that driving courses are offered in Spanish. Apparently just the driving test is not 6hr course. Attempted to call and got a run around over a handful of times. Claimed they did have someone right when we had the it card to pay they denied and said no one could do it.
Before I scheduled my appointment I was really nervous being in a car ! Due to a car accident and PTSD! It took me just 2 lessons with Victor to get over it and successfully to pass my driving exam !
I was in and out quickly. I got my permit, went to the office, took the driving skills exam and passed, and got my license later that day at the DPS. If you want to skip the long waiting time at the DPS, go to Austin Driving School.
