Reading these reviews just makes me laugh. This is not a place for thin skinned, or the soft minded. You come here to get stuff done fast and efficiently and thats exactly what they do. IF YOU ARE PREPARED. If you do not know what you need to do what you want, go to the tax office. (It will probably remind you of the socialist utopia you came from anyway). If you need to go to a place to make you feel good about yourself find a yoga studio, (If you don't already own one). So to recap, if you know what you are doing and just want to get in and out quickly and move on with your life, this place is a treasure. If you are a lazy dummy that wants to argue about things you don't understand, go to the government office.

HORRIFIC! Mary, The Mean Old Bitty, owner. 30min before closing while sitting in the office, she announces shes not doing any more title transfers. I've just driven 150miles round trip to transfer a title in this county. If you want a dose of a mean, cantankerous, controlling, angry old lady waaaaay past retirement, go here. There's two other title companies just down the road. She finally transferred our title, complaining the whole time, telling us how lucky we are. Then screwed up royally by not recording the lienholder and forgetting our plates. Then in the parking lot, the daughter, next in line to take over the business, called me a di_ _ when I said I wish I could give less than a one star rating, and she said she'd just remove my bad rating. Like mother like daughter- shallow gene pool. As for you other commenters, consider yourself lucky you've not seen this side of these people. Their horrific behavior was completely unprovoked, and extremely unprofessional, in spite of our attempts at politeness and understanding.

I have been going here for over 20 years, and for a reason. The staff is very professional and thorough. I know they are very busy all day long and i never expect them to be real talkative. I believe some reviewers don’t understand and expect a more social atmosphere. I know dozens of people that have them do all their vehicle paperwork.
