If you fit a certain profile, they will provide decent service, but if you don't, you can expect to be condescended to and patronized. In spite of education and training, we found that the \professionals\ we interacted with were actually lacking in a lot of crucial foundational knowledge about special populations. There was an extreme lack of integrity and empathy for our child, who ended up requiring mental health assistance, as a result of trauma directly caused by the irrational actions of the people at this facility. We have since spoken with several other professionals about our experience here, and they validated our thoughts, agreeing that the choices made by the people at big sky were inappropriate and \lacking in basic common sense.\ We have also talked with others in our community, who had negative experiences here, who had thought about posting reviews as well. We brought our concerns to the owner, and it was abundantly clear she is not in this business to help children. Another reviewer made a comment about a play area for before sessions, so I'm posting a couple of pictures of the waiting room, so you can clearly see there is a single small toy in the very back, other than that, not much play, so not sure what that person meant. The main play takes place during session. While there were some nice interactions too, there also were several kiddos we observed who literally started crying when they were called back for their sessions - I wish we had gone with our instincts and not given this place the chance to harm our child. If there is anything about your child or your family that doesn't match the image of the area, expect to encounter a high likelihood of discrimination again your child, and a regrettable experience overall.

First time here and disappointed for some reasons: 1. They charge you for EVERYTHING, almost for breathing. Of you leave your child unattended 1 per min. If you call to ask things they charge you. If you come one minute late to pick up your kid they charge you. 2. The waiting room doesn't have anything. So bring your snack. Try not to wait here. There's no coffee, no water, no toys for siblings. Anything. I haven't started the evaluation for my kid but for now im disappointed. I will update this review. But this is my first impression.

As a nanny I accompanied a family I work for to their visits here and it is incredible! It doesn't feel clinical, the staff is sweet and competent and so kind and clear. They have an extensive area for kids to climb and play before their session.

We drive an hour to get here... they're fantastic. Have never had a bad experience with any part of them. Well worth the drive and have referred friends and their kids to them, too, with great success.
