I was in there for almost 2 hours didn't even donate!!! Saw nurse and she denied me donating. I wasted all that time for nothing. They need to put questions on website to see if you would qualify so you don't waste time and gas. Would definitely not recommend.

The center was very busy today but everyone was friendly and professional. I want to especially compliment Kristi and Cory. They were both very friendly and very good. I have difficult veins but Cory got me on the first stick without me feeling anything and my donation took less than 45 minutes. Thank you!

They bruised both my arms the first two visits, I came back for a third not knowing and they rejected me. Spent my time, fuel and effort to go, waited in line for half an hour, then got pricked and after all that was rejected...not happy! You guys need to refine your process, what was done to me was not fair, I should have still gotten my compensation at least for that visit, I showed up on time and you guys did this to me...absolutely unfair! Additionally I got their copy and pasted esponse\ about contacting them at their email, so I did and have yet to get any response so im not sure if they are genuinely interested in what the donors have to say, or just doing it to save face.
