Holly Boyer and team made sure that I was taken care of at every turn. It is easy to give a great rating when everything goes right but when challenges arise that is when you get to see who will support you. Great experience in buying a Tritoon Boat at Austin Boats and Motors!!! All the employees there treat you like family... I feel as though my sales person Greg has become a friend of mine now. He calls us to check on how things are going and if I have any questions ... When we first purchased the Boat he took me out in it numerous times to make sure I felt comfortable with driving, docking and loading the boat. I have called him a couple of times since buying the boat to ask questions and he is always there for me. Also would like to think Vern, Holly, and JR in my buying experience. Looking for our first wake boat, I got lucky and stopped by Austin Boats & Motors. Erik in sales listened to our wants, and matched us to the perfect boat. Holly in finance took great care of us and made the paperwork process fast and easy. Everyone there was great to work with, and I recommend anyone to give them a try. Erik and Holly have both followed up several times after our purchase to make sure we’re enjoying the boat, and to see if we have any questions or issues. True sales professionals.
When scouring my brain to trying to come up with some stocking stuffers for my husband I thought about what he likes to do! Of course, boating was the first thing that came to mind! Running short on time, I called Austin boats and motors for ideas and they were the best! Katie went out of her way to text me pics of small boating items and in the end put together a great little sling pack full of boat cleaning supplies and towels! I know he will love it! It’s so great to see small town customer service is still alive and well at Austin Boats and Motors!
