The staff at care now was very attentive and everyone was very sweet. I was impressed with all the staff that I met especially the nurse who was willing to explain everything to me and the doctor Who took time that he didn't need to to help explain things to me. They were very caring not just about the symptoms that I came to the clinic for but about other things that may be going on in my life affecting my health I was really impressed

Thanks to Shelby and Alina and Dr. Erin for all the help today with my medical needs. Web check-in made it easy to get in line for an appointment from home, then once I was on site, I got into a patient room right away. They kept me informed as to when the doctor would see me and were incredibly kind and professional despite having a lot of patients to see. I never felt rushed, and Dr Erin spent time to fully understand what was going on. When the pharmacy was closed, they called to have the prescription transferred and called me back to let me know it was done. I was very pleased with the experience from beginning to end. And I’m feeling better already. Definitely recommend and will make CareNow my go-to for urgent care.

Amazing staff, so sweet and accommodating. Erin was super great and took a lot of time to ensure I was taken care of. I can’t remember the nurses name, brunette in pink scrubs that was also so helpful and nice!! Plus bonus stars for the apple juice ;)

Went online at midnight to get a place for a rapid COVID test this morning. The clinic is very clean, not at all crowded. Everyone was helpful, friendly and competent and professional. The whole process took less than an hour. They do charge for an office visit since it's in person, not a drive through, so plan for that.
