The staff at this clinic is outstanding. In spite of the circumstance that led to my visit, I am truly grateful for the care I received. Each staff members’ professionalism put me at ease. They seemed like happy people and like they genuinely cared about me. I had to be tested for COVID unfortunately, but the clinic staff were empathetic about the uncomfortable test. I was relieved to find that I didn’t have COVID but I was even happier knowing that they will care for all their patients with dignity kindness, just as they did for me. Thanks CareNow Urgent Care-South Congress.

The professional care staff was terrific! They wrapped my broken arm in this splint which stabilized my arm beautifully and lasted for 10 days. I recommend this location. Only 4 stars because initial reception was a little cool (tho it was close to closing on a Sunday).

Covid test was executed well (most comfortable one I’ve had yet), but waited 40 minutes for the results and was escorted out the back door like a pariah.

I went to MedSpring for a sprain that happened at work. Called ahead to another location to ch do on wait time. When I went to the Barton Springs location, the wait time was 2 hours rather than the 30 minutes I was told on the phone. The front desk person was helpful and identified another location with a 15 minute wait a few miles away. She put me on the list and I arrived a few minutes later. Nice clean place, convenient location, but I haven’t seen much “urgency” so far. Still waiting. Front desk person doesn’t listen and isn’t helpful.
