Great tasting fresh food with excellent presentation. Reasonable price. Friendly staff. What more could one ask for? Would recommend.

Excellent sashimi selection and very respectful freshness and portions. We are very impressed each and every time we eat there.

Had an excellent lunch there of Japanese noodles. I had the salad, which was surprisingly fresh and tasted great. Friendly, consistent service and great food, right here in Steiner. Give it a try!

I don’t understand this place. I ordered a couple of dishes of fried rice with meat and a beef teriyaki and an appetizer for about a hundred bucks. You’d expect something top notch for this right? A teriyaki is supposed to come with meat smothered in a nice tasty sauce but instead Cho Sushi cooks it like fajitas and presents it as totally dry with a slight Asian flavor. Maybe they have a TX-Mex trained cook there doing his own rendition but it doesn’t really work.

This place was a gem of a find! I don't go out to Steiner ranch very often, but when u do I always stop in here!
