The lady that is answering the phone today is completely rude she seem like she had an attitude and then try to act funny asking me do I know what an at symbol @. not only was she rude She continuously hung up in my face not say have a good day or responded to my thank you people like this should not be a representative she needs to be moved to customer service or somewhere other than answering the phone being the first person that we speak to because she’s too rude and I didn’t do anything to her but ask to speak to someone about renewing my CNA license and I instantly got a negative conversation from her !!! I have been trying to renew my medication aide certification since July and can reach anyone. This is RIDICULOUS.
The Medication Aid Department I have no words!!!Just very disappointed and frustrating. I did all requirements in a pandemic while working..They are remotely working slow!!can't contact them by phone or email! People permit or lapsed due too them very long delays! This problem need to be address ASAP!
The worst thing that can happen to you in life is placing a call to the medication aide office, they don’t answer their phone, my license has not been sent for 9 months since I wrote my exams. I came to Austin myself to get it and couldn’t talk to anyone. The worst Government employees ever.
That women that answered the phone is mean an is no help...this people should be fired..simply because they have no manners or respect...extremely poor services
