What a wonderful service! My wife and I have been using Diaper Squad for the last two months. They're prompt, accessible, and go out of their way for you. No matter what you need - an emergency refill, extra snappis - these folks have you covered. They've helped make a chaotic (but wonderful) time in our life much less stressful. I have been a customer for over a year and I can't say enough nice things about this company! Their pricing is very fair and affordable. Their service is very reliable and flexible. If I'm going out of town I can skip a delivery and prorate the month! The very, very few times they were having an issue, such as late delivery, they were very clear in communicating it to us. They have made cloth diapering so easy for my family!!!
We loved using the Diaper Squad - they offer a great service and were always quick to respond and flexible with any potential diaper and scheduling changes we needed. I'd highly recommend!

I love this service!! Once I signed up the diapers were delivered to my doorstep within a couple days. Thank you Diaper Squad for making cloth diapers convenient and for saving me money! I would recommend this service to anyone who is unsure about using cloth diapers to give it a try and for anyone who wants to save money on diapers.
So let me tell you how awesome this company is. First, I was confused on how to best use prefolds. They gave me advice over the phone, offered to drop off an inbetween diaper size, and told me to let them know when I figured it out. They didn’t charge me the week I tested (and used mostly disposables). Once I figured it out, we started service. Of course, I’m sleep deprived and messed up entering my diaper count on the tag. My PhD is apparently useless.... They were really understanding and made sure I had the prefolds I needed for the week. What an amazing company. You won’t be disappointed.
