They are great! I called because I had an electric razor I had been hanging on to forever, because I couldn't find anyone to recycle it. They said to bring it on by, I drove up, no line, someone came out wearing a face mask, was very friendly, and didn't charge me for it. Both the man I spoke to on the phone, and the one that took my item were very friendly and curteous. It was easy, fast, and I am so glad to know where I can go to get rid of junk in the future! Thank you!

My boyfriend and I LOVE Duke's for general junk drop off. It's also so easy to pop in and drop off and they are always so nice and helpful. It's been a real blessing after moving into our latest house with all the stuff we've had to remove around the house and yard (why is there so much PVC pipe that doesn't connect to anything?!) and getting rid of some of our duplicate stuff. Highly, highly recommend! Absolutely 5 stars.
Super nice people. I called and explained that I needed to get rid of a 16-year-old microwave. The gentlemen on the phone said we usually charge per cubic yard but just for a microwave they might charge me maybe 5 or 10. It was very easy, I pulled in their lot about 3:30pm, no line and a young man came out to me, wearing a face mask and gloves. He took the microwave out of my van for me and said no charge. He said people bring them huge loads and he just didn’t feel right about charging me for a single microwave. I thanked him for his kindness. I highly recommend!
70 for a half (at most) filled 5x6 truck bed. Def paying for the convenience. Otherwise very friendly and easy as hell.
Best place to drop off any kind of waste, furniture, and mattresses! Super nice guy came and unloaded my car right away and I was in and out in 5 minutes. They have a drive through so it is super easy to unload your stuff. Super reliable and great prices. Better than any other drop offs in Austin. Highly recommend coming here!
