Absolutely great experience! Strongly recommended. Dr. Eggleston is very knowledgeable with lots of years of experience. Staff was friendly and attentive. Smoothest and fastest wisdom teeth extraction procedure ever. I hope the same for my recovery.

I had 3 wisdom Teeth Removed, 2 of them impacted. I originally went to the dentist next door who was able to get me a same day emergency visit at this surgeon. I then was seen and scheduled for surgery all in the same day. This was super convenient and appreciated. Having PTSD and anxiety I asked to go under. They did iv anesthesia which was way easier than I imagined. A quick poke and then I woke up with everything done. All in all maybe an hour. Honestly my best experience at the dentist/oral surgeon. These people really respect your time and will work with your schedule for appointments.
My daughter had 4 wisdom teeth removed, they wouldn't allow me into the office, the doctor didn't have the courtesy to give me an update after the procedure. The nurse brought her to the car and gave my sedated daughter the directions on how to care for the wounds. Her face was numb for 5 days, they possibly hit a nerve. If you'd like to meet the doctor and expect an update after surgery I would not recommend this practice.
They don't answer calls, so don't even bother calling. Whether it's an urgent matter or not. They still don't answer.
I was absolutely terrified of taking my wisdom teeth out; to the point where I had basically postponed doing it for 5 years because I was too scared. I expressed this anxiety to Dr. Eggleston and the nurse that I worked with, and they were very helpful in terms of giving me the care I needed to calm me down. The procedure took about 15 mins, and I felt nothing while the teeth were being taken out. Personally, I didn't like the laughing gas, but I needed it for my anxiety and they were very willing to help me find that sweet spot with the gas so I didn't freak out. The extraction was quick, recovery was normal and everyone was friendly! Overall, I'm glad I finally got it out and I couldn't be happier about the decision I made to go here. The nurse that I worked with was so sweet and conversational during the procedure as well as on the followup! I did take one star off because in my consultation I did say I wanted laughing gas, but when I arrived my forms had said I was not getting any gas... so I was a little confused on where the miscommunication had happened. BUT! I told them I desperately needed the gas for my anxiety, and they quickly changed the forms and got me the gas! Thanks to the entire team for helping me through the process! I appreciate you all!
