This school is AMAZING! I have two little ones ages 5 and 3 and they are waiting all week for swim class. The first day my youngest was so hesitant and did not want to go in, so we sat outside and watched the class for the first couple minutes (worth mentioning their setup and COVID practices are amazing!). I called the desk and let them know we weren't inside because he was feeling a little afraid. They immediately took charge of the situation in the best possible way and came up with a plan to have his class with his older brother so it would be an easier transition. They have an aquatic director John, that is literally a child whisperer! He got my LO to walk inside the pool room, sit, splash and go in! Sat with us explaining the psychology behind the way the teachers communicate with the children and how they are all trained in the same way so the classes are really consistent, which makes the kids feel super safe and confident! He's checked in with us every class, noting their progress and to see how they're doing. You really feel cared for in this school. They are on their 3rd class now and I'm blown away by how much they're progressing already. I want to mention their teachers also and give them a huge thanks, so far they've had Ms. Brittney and Ms. Carissa and they're both incredible. Big big thank you to this school and their awesome teachers and staff!

We just started this week and we are loving it! The class sizes are small and as of right now we were the only class in the pool. I have a 4-year-old who is stubborn about getting the face wet and by the end of the lesson they were completely wet from head to toe. All smiles and giggles. Love the personalized attention and if one approach does not work the staff knows how to get through another way. Friendly staff who greeted us all by name upon arrival and departure. There have been concerns vocalized about COVID and how safe places are to be in right now. This facility is very clean. There is hand sanitizer placed throughout and restroom sinks to get germs off hands. Masks are required inside the building except for students in the pool. In the pool the instructors wear face shields and students do not wear a mask due to safety reasons. There are observing chairs inside the lobby or there are plenty of places to sit outside which is especially nice if you have other children who need space to run around. There are changing rooms which are equipped with an infant seat, sanitizer and paper towels. They have a bench inside as well for easy and comfortable changing. We have tried other programs that were less expensive but you really do get what you pay for. They do not provide refunds, their program is 100% guaranteed. Each class is 18 weeks. There is also a yearly 30 membership fee (per child) they tack onto your first class payment.

We love Emler Swim School!!! Our teachers, Lauren (for Water Babies) and Paul (in Water Babies) are personable, caring, and explain how each activity helps develops our child's skills. Megan and John have also been wonderful for answering any questions we have about lessons and scheduling and welcome our son by name. We couldn't ask for a better staff at our Emler in Westlake!

We've been swimming with Emler for nearly two years now and LOVE IT! My son has made great progress and grows his swimming skills every week. Mr. Paul is an excellent instructor. He's patient and caring and makes coming to swim class the highlight of our week.

We love Emler! We’ve had 2 boys do swimming lessons here each with different abilities. We love the amount of options available, even among the same age group! The skills they teach make me feel so much more comfortable having a pool. Not only do they splash around and have fun they teach them to swim to the nearest wall, to hand walk along the wall, and to climb out on their own. Mr. Paul has been my 2 year old’s instructor for awhile and he is awesome. So patient and so good at getting 2 year olds (even sometimes crying ones!) confident in the water and smiling. So worth the money and time!
