I have been using Encompass Home Health for a little over a month and a half. Overall, I have been very happy with their service. I am fortunate to have an amazing group of nurses that are on my care team. One who really stands out, is Marion. She is very professional, caring, compassionate and highly experienced in wound care. She has always treated me with respect and answers any questions I have. This company needs more nurses like her.

Encompass Hospice took care of my 90 year old mother in Georgetown for over two months. I live nearby the facility where my mother was being cared for and the Encompass staff went out of their way to let me know when they were on the way to visit my mother so that I could be in attendance at the visit. They greatly contributed to my knowledge of what my mother was going through as well as advising me on medical decisions. That knowledge, in turn, increased my overall comfort level regarding my mother's care. Everyone I met or talked to on the phone was compassionate to my mother and to me at every encounter. I just cannot say enough about their support and giving attitude. Neither my mother nor I could have endured the last two months without them - nurses, social workers and pastors. Thank you, Austin Encompass Hospice!

Jaime Harper is a Amazing Nurse Liaison at Encompass. I’m the owner of Amada Senior Senior in The Greater Austin area and we refer a ton of our Patients/Clients to Jaime at Encompass b/c of how Jaime handles them. Jaime’s bedside manner with everyone has been astounding. What is so different about Jaime is she is an actual “Nurse.” Most account representatives in this industry are NOT Nurses. As a customer who switched to Encompass I can say that your experience with this company will be horrible. There staff and management is unprofessional, they are unsanitary in all of their methods and has changed my opinion forever. Worst home health company in Austin by far. Just Terrible, it was a sad experience.
