Had an extremely negative experience here. Would never recommend this facility to anyone. I had received a referral from another physician for follow-up bloodwork following an ER visit. I was told to fast for 8 hours prior, my appointment was at 2:30pm and after being there for 2 hours waiting to get blood drawn I was verbally assaulted by a staff member who screamed at me infront of other patients in the waiting room, saying I would have to reschedule since they can't draw blood after 4pm. I simply asked for an explanation and she said to just go home and reschedule at another date. Turns out they do not have any openings for months. Goodluck getting in touch with anyone on the patient portal or having any questions answered. Absolutely terrible customer service and practice.

Dr Kadir's office is so great! They've been extremely helpful with billing questions and supporting my husband through a possible ER situation last year. I've been seen by Nurse Practitioner Blank my last few visits, and she is so so helpful and knowledgeable and just plain fun to visit. This is the first time we have felt at home with a Family Practice.

unfortunately I have to give this practice a bad review. They've done 3 things to deserve a bad review. 1.I was told to address their doctors via the patient portal and would receive a message within 48 hours. They are 0/2 on getting back to me. 2. I was pressured into a follow up appointment that I didn't want to do, but conceded after being told it would only be 30. Now I'm being billed an additional 55 for that same 10 minute phone call that I insisted on not having. 3. I left a voice message 3 days ago and have not heard back from them. This is on top of the message on the patient portal I left. So while I still haven't heard back from them, they DID manage to send me an extra bill for something that we agreed would be 30.

The staff is nothing but kind! I have needed additional help from the office 2x and they’ve gone out of their way to make sure I am taken care of. Mohammad and Cristal helped to get a prescription pre approved for me, where as if I did it on my own it would of taken hours! Definitely recommend this office.

This is the best doctor I have had since I have lived in Austin. I always leave satisfied with the service I receive and they take good care of me as their patient. I am a teacher in Austin and they always go above and beyond to help me out around my busy schedule. Thank you
