A few days after installation, had a new washer being used on the new GFCI outlets installed. The washer would not work and kept going out. Grayzer was fantastic. They were extremely responsive and communicative when determining a quote for a long 220 run to a new split system condenser. They showed up on time [early even] and the guys did really quality work, were done quickly. Pricing was very reasonable. Trades are a critical find as a homeowner and they will be the only ones I use going forward. Many thanks. Highly recommended.
We've used Grayzer twice now- once for switching out light fixtures and installing new wired smoke detectors before we moved in and then to wire/install outdoor lighting a couple months later. They're prompt to respond to scheduling needs and pre-visit questions via email. Brock has come out both times and he's on time, thorough and very knowledgeable. He was familiar with all the codes, like how far apart outlets should be spaced and regulations for smoke detector placement, and even gave us a heads up to keep the boxes for our new fans because the warranty is on them. On top of all that, they're friendly and folks you feel good about doing business with. We'll use them for all our future needs and recommend.
Can't say enough about my experience with Brock at Grayzer Electric. I found Grayzer via a Google search and contacted them based on their high reviews. I was not disappointed. From the start, Jessica was very informative in setting up the appointment and guiding me in what I would need to consider in the install of a single coachlight over my garage door. Meeting the electrician, Brock, just carried over my buyer's confidence even more. He arrived on time and got to work, helping me decide on placement, size, and set up. He instructed me clearly on not only how to direct the necessary masonry pre-work for my install but also on a recommended timer for my fixture. Next, he engaged me on desired fixture placement, treated all of my questions with respect and patience, and got to work on the wiring. The wiring and conduit was clean and unobtrusive. He saved me money by suggesting the timer setup and I've not looked back. Neighbors marvel at how tidy the conduit and end results look. And the light is a beautiful add to my home. Finally, and as if their incredible service is not enough reason to reach out, Grayzer's prices CANNOT be beat!
