These folks are very accommodating. The allergy testing was simple. I chose the cluster application for allergy shots to speed up the process. So far so good after 4 weeks. Desiree will happily check you in and out. The staff is great as I was a bit nervous. Oh and no pain on the shots. They're quick with the injections.

I have had only great experiences with all of the staff, since coming here a little over 1 year ago! The allergists are extremely knowledgeable, and have surpassed my expectations. They have given me hope that my severe allergies will get better with the immunotherapy injections over time. And I have seen improvements with my allergies! The staff giving injections are very knowledgeable, kind & professional as well. The receptionist is very efficient at getting me back to my appointments, and is kind & friendly as well. She always returns my phone calls. I have been to several allergy offices in the Austin area in the past, & this is the best practice by far!

Update: I arranged a babysitter and drove all the way from Round Rock just to find out they decided to close early today (12/23) without putting it on their website. They said it was last minute. Unfortunately this means that I'll miss a round of shots. Very, very inconvenient and a waste of my time and money. The shots are great and the staff is nice. I've seen both doctors at this location and like them both a lot. The only reason for a lower rating is the unexpected time sinks. I got to the office right on time but they let someone who got there ahead of me but without an appointment be seen first. What's the point of an appointment? I got my first round 30 minutes late and for some reason with this round I had to wait longer. Didn't know that ahead of time. I need to be able to plan accurately if I'm taking time out of my work day to get allergy shots. Fix that (and I know it's not an easy problem to solve) and its easily 5 stars.
