I haven’t been out to eat anywhere since the pandemic with the exception of Ichiban because they have the best sushi in Austin, in my opinion and I can’t stay away! The food is delicious and it has an authentic atmosphere all while being reasonably priced! They have a happy hour til 6 on weekdays. Also, They’re practicing social distancing measures with seating and keeping track of anyone who dines in. Definitely try them out!

I’m kicking myself for not coming here sooner. I’d heard high praise about Ichiban awhile back and I can say I’ll be back so soon! Happy hour is a great time to try the specials and I have to say I am in love with the grilled baby octopus!!! They have a great selection of beer and Sake and the sushi is phenomenal!!! Also, I was pleasantly surprised by the traditional atmosphere! Ergo bring everyone you know to this spot if you’re looking for a great atmosphere with divine service and out of the world sushi!

I cannot recommend this place enough the owners are incredibly kind and recognize you after a couple visits. Their food is fantastic and always fresh and at a great price! Whenever I go in it’s like seeing old friends and that is becoming a rare experience in today’s fast-paced restaurant industry. You will not be disappointed!

I was introduced to this place by a friend who sweared this was one of the best happy hours in town. And she was right! Can I just first say that the service is really top notch? The waitress was so nice and helpful, we felt like we were spoiled. They have happy hour going from 4pm to 7pm everyday and the rolls on the happy hour menu were all delicious! I would recommend getting the Crunch Roll and the Salmon skill roll, they were so good... The presentation was outstanding too as you can tell by the pictures.
