First attempt didn’t get me in the vehicle I desired but I was super grateful for the amount of time given she and her manager tried their absolute best working with me. Two years ago I bought my first new car at Kia of South Austin. It is the best car and is so reliable, safe, and pretty! I named her Valentine because she is white and red. I wanted to check in with Leo and thank him again for putting me in such a great vehicle, but he isn’t there anymore. He was awesome and so patient with a first time car buyer. Every single time I have gone into Kia of South Austin for scheduled maintenance on my car, I have experienced outstanding customer service from the service department. While it’s never the most fun thing to wait while a car is being serviced, there is coffee for you in the waiting room, and comfy chairs that are spaced far apart, and snacks. I wish I could mention all the great employees by name, but have dealt with Arturo the last two times so remember his name and he is super nice and explains everything well. He is an asset to your dealership. I appreciate y’all! And I love love love my Kia Soul!
