We were in and out within 3 hours and that was with a trade. They did an awesome job and really didn't haggle as much as dealerships normally do. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because of the used car manager. He was very rude with my son when he was looking at his jeep for the trade-in, he tried to really low ball us. I know dealerships usually don't give much because they try to make as much off of the trade as they can but he really tried hard.

I had some doubts after reading some of the earlier reviews, but I took my chances after checking out some of their stock online. I called up Nick from sales and he got me in same day to check out some used F-150s, and I'm grateful for his work and patience throughout the process. Nick really went above and beyond to engage me in relevant conversation to scope out what I was looking for, and after a little while it felt like talking to a buddy from work. At the end of the day, I walked off the lot with a 2013 F-150 in my price range that's perfect for my lifestyle, and a good value based on the age, mileage, trim, and aftermarket parts. I didn't feel cheated or like any of the staff I worked with was trying to upsell me, and I have confidence that this truck will pay me back in value over time. When I gave my budget and desired payments, they took my parameters and really made it work with their lender. I can't say I'll come back for every vehicle purchase, but only because I don't know if I'll need another one by the time I leave Austin. Well done.

Harley & Me

Ray in the service department kept me updated about everything and It was really appreciated. My truck is now fixed and back home. The bill of course was a little steep but all in all well worth paying. A big thank you goes to the mechanic and Ray for making this a good experience. I highly recommend this dealership.
