I am giving one of my most important experience with this review . Don’t ever buy Meritage homes , they are just substandard in quality and their service is worst . This is my first and last home from Meritage and don’t even recommend even seeing their homes . My year one home quality was so bad that all my walls are cracking , grout coming apart from tiles with cracks all over the master bath ! Please think twice before you go and buy their homes !
