I would give zero stars if I could. Tremendous issues with most every house in the neighborhood. Buyer beware.

I have had my home with this builder for less than a year, and wish I had better things to say about it/the entire home-buying experience with this builder. I ran into issues during every step of the purchase experience, from their sales agent promising a price only to not be able to deliver that price in the end, to warranty request items not being fulfilled in a timely manner (4-5 months to receive just a response after sending a request). The customer service/warranty team is slow/unresponsive, and there always seems to be excuses as to not have something fixed (that are not due to typical wear/tear). While I'll say that everyone that I've interacted with is polite and courteous, it doesn't really mean much when the service is still terrible. You can also see where this builder has cut corners when completing homes, which must be how they're able to get homes up in 4 months, as stated by their sales agent and seeing with my own eyes. I'm happy to share my experience for anyone interested in purchasing a home. -Thraw37

A lot of our issues with our new home; hard to get them on the phone to repair. “Top quality build” lol. We had another property with them we planned to closing on. Covid and out of work for months. Can’t close now and they will not even return 1 penny of the deposit. Not sure if you call that “good businessman” like Trump says he is or if it’s heartless.... you pick.

DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM THIS BUILDER!!!! They will turn your dream in to a nightmare! My home is less than 3 years old and they are making me foot the bill for a 14,000 dollar repair on my sewer line. They hire terrible contractors and do not hold them accountable for their work. I'm genuinely surprised that there isn't more poor reviews.
