Nothing in life is perfect, that said I'm extremely happy with my Milestone home 1 year in. They have been quick to fix any issues I found even after my purchase. The people you talk to are always friendly and service providers are professional. Buying a home during Corona has made everything harder, and I think they handled it all very well. Our home inspector was even impressed at the level of service pre purchase.

The area where Skyridge is being built was gently sloping with many beautiful old oak trees. Now the whole area is flat and completely clear-cut. I just don't understand why builders do this. Whatever costs you save aren't worth it. The homes would be so much nicer by just saving a few trees. Makes me sad whenever I drive by.
Milestone Community Builders has been nothing short of amazing. Between our interactions with sales, the lender they suggested, and everything in between, I’m nothing but satisfied. Everything needed in order for me to take possession of my home was handled quickly and with care. I was concerned because I was moving from out of town and didn’t want my kids to have to start their new Austin school late if our home wasn’t ready in time, and everyone went above and beyond to get our closing done earlier than I anticipated. Our home came with an extensive warranty, and anything I have called them for had been completed within a beyond reasonable timeframe. I’m a super satisfied buyer, and I will definitely stick with them whenever I decide to build another home in the future.
Rushed job, not quality contractors, lie to sell and good luck with getting your 1 year inspection items fixed because they don't respond. I have sent in my inspection 4 times now with no response and we have some concerning items to address. I will never buy another Milestone home.
