My fiancé Adrian and I just picked up some last minute items for our new bar City Limits and we were beyond impressed by this store. The store had everything we needed and the customer service was fantastic. Everyone we spoke to was so friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help us with anything we needed. Will be our go-to for all our future needs!

Great stuff at fantastic prices. I bought squeeze bottles in Amazon before I went here, then found them cheaper here and with more variety. Cutting boards, barware, kitchen utensils, all super cheap, and they look like they'll stand up to constant abuse.

Mission Restaurant Supply is the place to go for commercial and surprisingly, home use supplies if you like your stuff to last. The staff is great, they are helpful and very knowledgeable about everything in the store. I don't have a commercial kitchen but I cook a lot and appreciate the quality and durability of the commercial products they sell.

They scheduled service on my ice machine and never showed up. No call, no show, no reschedule. Left me waiting. I called and ask what happened and Instead of making it right they prefer to charge me over time for coming on Saturday because they “only service leased machines on the weekend” and because I own mine they wouldn’t do it. This complete disregard of my time and unprofessional handling of the situation is enough for me to never use Mission again nor refer them to any of my colleges in the future.

Unacceptable. Weve been leasing our coolers for more than 10 years. One of them is out of temperature. Weve had technicians come out no fewer than 4 times for repair. It's been three weeks and weve had to shrink a lot of food. They dont return calls in a timely manner and place no priority on our situation. Simply unacceptable.
