As always the service department at Nyle Maxwell Alfa Romeo was amazing! They kept me informed every step of the way through my repairs and got things situated as quickly as they could. My Giulia was even nice and clean when I picked it up! The entire service team is always there to help with anything I have ever needed! Thanks guys and gals you are all awesome!

We drove out on a 2015 528i, this car feels like 2021, rides n drives great, I’m glad I decided to drop by to test drive it. Lance was courteous n professional answering all our questions, no pressure at all I knew what I was looking for , the 528 did it for us, thanks to everyone at Maxwells

Had a fantastic experience with everyone at the dealership that we interacted with, but especially Cody. Not only was he knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, but he is a car enthusiast who loves seeing people get excited about their purchases. We live in Houston and the experience with Cody was absolutely painless. Management, please recognize him for his passion and integrity. Be happy he is on your team! On a side note, there was a problem with one of the tires on the car, which was no fault of Nyle Maxwell and they rightfully replaced and probably are insured for the tire. What was refreshing was to see that the dealership encourages a safety culture where employees don't hesitate to do the right thing. Safety first. When looking for my next car, I will definitely look at Nyle Maxwell again.

Jacob our salesman and Drew the finance guy went above and beyond in their customer service. We flew down from Kansas City to pick up our new FIAT 124 Spider and they made it painless. Especially answering all our questions and getting us the best interest rate possible. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Hands down better than the Kansas City dealership. Bravo Italia!

***update below*** Simply deceitful dealership! Sold me a car knowingly there was a title issue due to false mileage. THEY KNEW ABOUT THIS SINCE 06/29/2020 with the NMVTIS HOLD AND DMV REJECTION ON 07/31/20. Check out the tag receipt pic. Purchased a Mercedes SL550 over 2 months ago, paid in full with trade in and cash. Called multiple times for my title and plates, never once mentioned there was a problem until I spoke to them yesterday. Was informed that the title rejected due to inaccurate mileage. Stated to them that I needed to get the title ASAP. Their answer was to repurchase the car at the dealer trade in value...I paid retail. Now the GM, Brent, is taking no responsibility or accountability at all, blaming everyone else including COVID-19. Obviously, this is now on going but let me save you the trouble by recommending you not go anywhere near this fraud of a dealership. *****update**** Typical response that didn’t surprise me at all from this dealership. I would like to know who made me aware of this issue before yesterday....over 2 months from the purchase date. So they’ve been “in contact with me regarding this issue” but the GM only explained it yesterday? Just more smoke and mirror with no accountability. Again, the only resolution they offered was to buyback the car at a substantial loss to me! I paid retail, they wanted me to sell back at dealer trade in, noticed they didn’t mention that in their response? So, is that customer service or greed?! They were aware on 06/29/20 as anyone can clearly see from pic...it comes from the DMV. Car was purchased on 10/20, so they are pleading ignorance for 4 months? Every business is entitled to make a profit, and should be the main component that drives their business model. This dealership is driven by something much more insidious. Make no mistake, this dealership is driven only by greed and give their industry a bad reputation...avoid at all cost.
