This is by far the easiest transition I have done from a 3 bedroom apt. to a 3 bedroom house with a lot more ample space for my family. My agent was always in contact and made this as easy as can be. Answered all my questions that I had regarding the property I was interesting in renting and it was all done in less than a week.

This property management does not even earn a single star but it is the lowest I can go. This week I had to request four maintenance. Water was leaking from the ceiling of the bathroom where the AC unit is located. Upon closing the bathroom door to clean the mess, the hood of AC controller fall off and directly hit my head. This is the worst experience I had.

I have had a great experience working my Property Manager! She is easy to work with and is on top of the tasks all the time! She made the whole process smooth and easy. She is efficient, reliable and I highly recommend her for this job.

My hot water heater broke and PMT had someone to take a fix it for me the next day. The maintenance guys were very polite, professional and wore masks. I'm really happy that I can feel safe and have a nice, warm shower again :) I live in the west camus area and highly recommend services (old local business 31 years old!

If you want to deal with upset tenants, use PMT. This is coming from both a previous tenant of a property managed by them and an owner of a unit managed by them. They don’t actually do any onsite management, so you are essentially paying them to do what 30 software can. Scott is the current head of PMT, and many of the problems stem from his management. One specific example, a vehicle of mine was listed as no-tow. They didn’t update the towing company, and so it was towed anyway, and suffered damage in the process.
