The front desk clerk was extremely rude and unprofessional to not only me but also my clients who were buying their first home. They were so excited when they entered but left with negative feelings towards the entire transaction.

The Hostess who greets the agent and clients is scary dumb. Almost didn't let me enter. I've done a hundred closings here and she still amazes me in a negative way.
These folks do an amazing job. Sherry, Therese and the rest of the team are first rate. Communication and follow-through are terrific. Wouldn't use anyone else!
