I recently posted a rather negative review of this facility. I was contacted within a couple of weeks by a supervisor to discuss my concerns. How refreshing! A company that honestly gives a darn about the customer’s experience! I was able to get a couple changes made to our agreement and am extremely satisfied and excited about feeling great about the company I’m doing business with! Thanks Public Storage for going the extra mile!
I have never been to a Public Storage that I liked. Most of the staff are rude and I always feel like they're trying slip in extra charges, penalties and fees. And they will not hesitate to put a lein on your property and auction it off if you're a little late on rent. Theyre not willing to work with people very much.
There was an immediate improvement in customer service when their new Manager David appeared at the 41st Street location a couple of days ago. There were a couple of bad apples there previously (not all). I went to the office to complete a second storage room contract and my expectations were low, but I was pleasantly surprised by David's attention to detail and his penchant for making things easier for the customer. He let me know of ALL my options and re-sent an email to me without my asking (or knowing that it would be helpful). He is just someone who seems to go out of his way for the customer's satisfaction.
Met our new manager at this facility and he Rock's!! So friendly and personable!l
