If you go ask for Kristen ! She was super helpful with the entire process! We are not from Austin but Kristen did a great job of keeping in touch with us over the phone. She kept us up to date and worked everything out before we got there. When we were able to make the trip, everything was already set up and ready to go! Super friendly staff! Made it easy to go through with the purchase without a hitch! Definitely will be going back for my next purchase :)

Nick at Ride Now Austin was a big help and the business office and i were able to make a deal. I traded a bike in and bought up. They helped get me into a well priced warranty. Just wear your masks correctly, it isn't that hard. The majority of the employees have their masks down, including when talking to customers. The floor supervisor isn't correctly wearing their mask either. This was on two separate occasions. Stay safe!

Kristen M. Gave me the most incredible sales experience one could ever hope for. She took the time to look into inventory rather than tell me something wasn’t available like some other sales person had done prior. Come to find out the bike I wanted was there and she had the team rescue it from the crate, assembled, and had me out the door in no time! Love this place and look forward to working with Kristen again!
