Unfortunately due to corona not many people have been coming to my job. I was so scared. I thought I was going to be kicked out of my apartment because I wasn’t making enough but incredibly I made it through, with the help of Lisa. Amazing staff so friendly. And they don’t give up on you any problem you have I suggest talking to them. They really helped me.

Our experience here has been night & day compared to our last rental situation. The office staff have been very helpful, accommodating, and kind, and the unit itself is wonderful. I LOVE how much storage there is, the granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom are beautiful, and the fact that only the bedroom has carpeting is great because we have an Australian Shepherd who can shed quite a bit and I’d rather sweep than vacuum. It was definitely worth it to go for the “platinum” package unit with all the renovations. We’ve only been here for two weeks but it already feels like home!
Love my apartment, first few days were kind of rough. But everything is pretty good now
Lived here briefly while awaiting a new position during Covid. Apartment is decent but hardly any lights so after a certain time you either use lamps or go without sufficient light. Water pressure is poor in kitchen and especially the bathroom. Front office only answers when they want and I wouldn’t bother calling around 11am-1pm. This place is cheap and unfortunately we got what we asked for. Recently moved out and was charged over 350 in move out expenses for emptying our fridge/freezer and disposing of 4 chairs and a table. I understand paying for the removal of the items but for 350 seems like an easy way to make money on the apts end. You can’t even get an explanation of the cost just an email you can’t reply too. Proceed With Caution!! Or just pay more and go elsewhere. You won’t be missing much if you don’t live here. All residents did seem nice and the location was very close to my job but a lot of construction in the area.
I just wanted thanks to Sabrina for her good services upon moving in. And I also want to thank Lisa for helping me with any questions I have very friendly people I’m so happy and thankful for both Lisa and Sabrina yalll been wonderful to me
