Spoke with a guy named Craig who helped me very cordially in paying off a debt. He helped me set up a payment plan and was very informative. So thankful for the help. -Kaila

Don't talk to these people at all. Not even they after they serve you. Unless they have the original bill of sale AKA the written agreement you made with original creditor they have nothing on you legally. However if you talk to them, then that's how they get you. Starts the debt clock all over again. They will give you a photo copy of one of your credit statements to try and intimidate you. That's not a bill of sale. Why don't your lawyers actually go work at actual law firms? You are blocked on my phone so good luck. Also by law they can't access your disability, so don't let them trick you with that either. Their attorney called my phone and didn't even leave a message. He just hung up. I guess that's his way of technically making the phone call to reach out to me. They also re-aged my account. Very illegal. I will be seeking legal counsel to go after you thieves. Second Round is absolute scum of the Earth. I give not a care about not paying back the less than 1,000 I owe when there are corporations getting bail out after bail out in this country. Go harass someone else Second Round.

Second Round LP is KNOWN for fraudulently reporting the Date Opened or Opened Date to ALL 3 credit bureaus. This is actually known as RE-AGING accounts which is illegal. Case in point they have NOW AGAIN RE-AGED an account on my credit report from more than 4 years ago as now being OPENED as of May 8, 2012!! With a Report Date of 4/14/2014!! I am now filing a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission to put a STOP to this and them once and for all.
