Derek and the Survey Works crew recently completed an as-built survey of our property. We have owned the property since 1993 and had never done an as-built survey. The Survey Works field crew was on-time, polite, efficient and professional. There were some boundary questions which required research from the original title of the property (early 1950's) and involved 3 different properties, including the larger original plat. Derek's final review was meticulous and thorough. He took the time to review the final survey with us and answer all of our questions. He came recommended by 2 friends in the industry, and he lived up to his 5-star reputation. We highly recommend Derek and the Survey Works team!!

This was the first opportunity our real estate office had to hire Derek to do a survey. We were truly impressed with his attentiveness to the deadline and the speed and efficiency that he completed the work. He was easy to communicate with and was prompt in responding to questions and issues.
