Mathew is absolutely amazing. He is quick at responding, very professional and made me feel taken care of! I was terrified when I got arrested for theft but he got me into a prettier diversion and got the case dismissed. He helped me work out a payment plan and is now helping me get my record expunged. I can not praise this company enough, if you need help Mathew is the guy to trust.

Matt took care of a DWI I received in December 2015. I moved to Colorado shortly after and we were able to resolve the case by doing everything as if I was on probation before we entered a plea. Upon resolving the case, I was given the minimum fine and did not have to do a walk through for a second mug shot or arrest record. Listen to EXACTLY what he says and follow through. Complete extra community service hours than required. Be proactive, not reactive. They accommodated me very well and worked with the court to accommodate the fact that I no longer resided in state. Barring getting the charges dropped, which frankly was not possible given the situation, I don't see a better outcome. I wish I could go into more detail about how he was able to achieve this, however, I would still like him to have these cards to play for anyone else that may come across a similar situation. In summary, be proactive, listen to the advice, and do more community service hours than recommended. Show your sorry for your actions and he can work some magic.

Better Call Matt. I’ve worked with Matt (and numerous attorneys before finding him) for over 5 years now. He is by far - the BEST attorney you will ever have on your case.
