Brad and his team always do a great job. They are always available and work to help us define our needs and then meet them. Their life planning service keeps all of our documents and plans up-to-date. This gives us great piece of mind. We never have to worry about what laws have changed or new regulations. Brad keeps us informed, explains the changes in a way that we understand and how they apply to us, and updates all our plans. He ensures that we review everything on a scheduled basis so nothing is left out or becomes outdated. Our comprehensive estate plan changes over the years as our life and goals change. These guys are the best!

Brad and his entire team are excellent. It is a well run process and the staff are very knowledgeable. They had everything ready to go and prompt you but are not pushy. I feel like we (and our heirs) are in good hands. I'm happy we finally did this. Should have done it long ago with this crew. I highly recommend the Wiewel Law Firm.

This was our first experience drawing up our Will and Living Trust! The firm was very helpful in guiding us and pointed out things we were not even aware of! We felt very comfortable with the entire staff! We feel confident knowing our estate will be managed correctly as they left nothing out and even provided written guides for our Executors. This was a great first time experience and we highly recommend The Wiewel Law Firm!

My wife and I started to finally get our family trust and other documents done. We had started 12 years ago in San Jose, California, but never finished. Unfortunately, before we got to the signing, my wife had to go into memory care, is no longer deemed able to sign documents, and my 2014 durable power of attorney is not quite strong enough. In particular I don't have the power to do a will for her. So, we changed course and I was able to do a will that sets up a trust for here if I die first. This cost about half of the original plans. I had already paid in 50% up front which was just a hair less than the new process. They just said to forget it and not pay them any more. I found this all very honorable and it was very easy to complete the changed plans. I also get 45 days to make modifications at no additional charge.
