Finding a cleaning business to clean drapes is next to impossible. I was referred to Tide Cleaners by another cleaning business and am THRILLED to find them. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The worker on staff when I picked the drapes up was very helpful by helping me carry the heavy drapes to the car. I look forward to doing business with Tide Cleaners, Westlake again. SOOOO very happy to have found a business to clean drapes!

Service is always excellent. Travis the delivery person is always responsive and provides excellent service. I highly recommend the pick up and delivery service.
My first time visit turned out to be extremely easy and worry free. My clothes was ready the second day as she told me. I got a text notification and was offered express pickup so my clothes could be ready in the lobby when I arrive. Hassle free and on time! Will definitely use again!
THEY WILL LOSE YOUR STUFF. Tried their cleaning delivery service. On 9/3 they lost a silk shirt worn twice that cost 175. Said it had to be lost for 2 weeks before they would file a claim. I had to remind them to file one. At every step, I have had to reach out to see what’s happening (which has been absolutely nothing as far as I can tell). On 9/30, they finally filed a claim after I insisted. On 10/6 I tried to find out what was happening- the VP of Operations still needed to “review my claim.” My blouse has been lost for over a month and there is no resolution. And no outreach at all!!! I’m off to contact BBB. Don’t use them!!
I asked several times for shirts to be ironed and they were not. Pick up was not as often as I requested and even one time the driver drove by the house, slowed down and kept driving. He didn’t get out to retrieve the bag and when I called to ask why, they don’t come back for a week and I ended up doing most of the laundry myself. I probably won’t use this service again.
