Would’ve given this place a great review if we weren’t in the middle of a pandemic. Had a decent experience except for the fact that virtually NONE of the employees were wearing masks (there’s was like one employee out of 20 employees I saw that wore a mask consistently). It’s a shame that their overall good customer service is placed on the back burner because they seem to not care about customer health and safety. Also, because employees aren’t wearing masks, this led mask averse customers feel comfortable not complying either. Unfortunately, won’t be coming back.

Initially they didn’t have the bike I wanted, but their employees were so great I just wanted to give them my business and was going to go with a husky just to buy a bike from them. Two days before I was going to go pick up the husky they called and said they had the GasGas I wanted coming in the next day. They could have easily not gone through the effort of telling me about the GasGas and flipped me onto the more expensive bike like most dealerships, but they were all class. David was great and kept me informed the whole time. The manager was friendly, the woman in finance was great as well. It was also extremely refreshing to be in a place that wasn’t scared to death of COVID and was the first time I had a truly normal retail experience in a year. Screw the other guys one star review. Keep up the great work. Will absolutely buy from here again and refer everyone I know.

Big store and decent selection, but not a single staff member or customer was wearing a mask despite there being a sign on the entrance stating masks must be worn per city mandate. Shame that's the case, but I'll be taking my business to an online retailer instead.
